Dr.
Roy Etienne Smith has been no stranger to abuse, trauma, or tragedy.
Having been a victim of molestation and abuse, he also lost a sister to
AIDS, and his mother to cancer, sent to prison and back, but God had a
plan! (A federal prison reunited him with his biological father when
they were assigned to room together.) “All things do work
together for good.”
Dr. Smith accepted his call into the Gospel Ministry in October of
1989, in the Church of God In Christ (COGIC), at the age of 16. Having
served for many years as a minister of music, and youth minister, God
began to perfect his divine call and gifting with him. He was publicly
ordained by Pastor Rod Parsley and later consecrated into the Five Fold
Ministry by Bishop/Apostle Otis Carswell. This author and teacher has
been used by God to birth a bible school, various ministries, and
community programs.
His testimony was a feature on the 700 Club. He also has been an
invited guest on the Daystar Television Network with Marcus & Joni
Lamb, as well as Cornerstone Television.
